One two Freddy's coming for you

When I was younger I loved the nightmare on Elm Streets series of films so you can image how I felt when I heard they were marking a re-make which is due out in 2010. The film is directed by Samuel Bayer and produced by Michael Bay who has directed such films as both the Transformers films (which I love) and produced other re-make such as Friday the 13th and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The role of Freddy will be played by Jackie Earle Haley who played Rorschach in the film Watchmen (he played the role very well) so I am looking forward to how he plays the role of Freddy. Can't wait for the film to come out :-)

Boots, Boots and more Boots

Yesterday's boots post got me going all boot crazy, so here are a selection of boots that have caught my eye. I'm looking to get a pair of tall boots, I really like the last pair ( Solea, Kurt Geiger)

I went to see District 9 a few weeks ago and loved it, its refreshing to see a film with no big Hollywood actors. I really like the film marketing that was done.

These boots are made for walking

With winter fast approaching wearing flats and Converses just ain't doing it and it got me thinking, I need a pair of winter boots. I've never bought boots before Ipractically live in flats and Converses. So I visited River Island for a browse and saw these bad boys and know I had to have them.

Lula

After what seems like years since the last issue of lula came out, issue 9 has finally hit the shops. After two weeks of visiting to my local borders book store I finally got a copy :-)

For those of you that don't know Lula is for girls of the world who love fashion, music, art, & make believe. Lula is gentle, whimsical and ethereal in tone, mixing high fashion to fall in love with and interviews that feel like late night chats with people you wish you knew.
